An ode to Irony

An ode to irony
For it is like life
It comes unsuspected
And it's often real dry

Sometimes it's funny
Sometimes it's sad
Sometimes it angers you
Making you mad

But in the end it's just a meaning
Coming and going as it likes
As surprising and unsuspected
As the thing we call life

This word that we thought of
And it's meaning within
Is just another part of this
Strange existence we live in

It's meaning so complex
And so awfully unknown
I bring thanks to my good friend irony
I raise a toast to irony, and all that it's shown

Rather a mystery, that another damn sadness right?
Irony make us laugh..
